Officers responded to a report of an assault. The victim reported that she was walking in a parking lot when she heard a honk. Turning around, she saw that the suspect was yelling at her to walk faster. Angry, the victim responded by yelling back at the suspect. Then, the suspect slapped the victim on the arm which caused her to drop her phone and damaging it. After further investigation, the suspect was later cited.
Warrant Arrest – Shoplifting – Arrested

700 Taraval St
Officers responded to a report of a shoplifter. The witness reported that the suspect was observed selecting multiple items of store merchandise and placing them into his backpack before walking away. Responding officers were directed towards the direction the suspect was last seen and after a search, the suspect was detained. A search of the suspect revealed the stolen items while a computer check located a warrant for his arrest. After further investigation, the suspect was admonished for shoplifting and arrested for the warrant.
Violation of Stay Away Order – Arrested

Officers responded to a report of a known suspect violating a stay away order. Responding officers arrived and located the suspect, who was sitting in front of the location. A computer check confirmed that the suspect was violating the order and the suspect was arrested.
