Officers responded to a report of an assault. The victim reported that she and the suspect, her ex-boyfriend, had a dispute over a tattoo when the suspect suddenly grabbed her and covered her mouth. The victim broke free and ran outside to call the police while the suspect fled. The victim declined to press charges.
