Stay Away Order – Arrested

300 Shields St
Officers responded to a report of a violation of a stay away order. The suspect called the police to help remove an item from the house despite a stay away order. The suspect notified dispatch that he wanted his property back and did not care about any consequences. Responding officers confirmed the stay away order but after further questioning, the suspect became hostile and argumentative. The suspect was later arrested.

Officers observed a vehicle with a broken brake light. The officers conducted a traffic stop and a computer check on the driver revealed that he was never issued a driver’s license. The driver was cited.

Robbery – Arrested

A SIT sergeant investigated a robbery that had occurred approximately two weeks ago and obtained information that led to the identification of one of the suspects. The suspect was arrested.

Sunset Blvd & Ulloa St
The victim entered Taraval Station to report a robbery. The victim reported that he had his earphones on while walking home from a friend’s house and noticed two suspects walking towards him. One of the suspects suddenly pulled out a knife and demanded that the victim surrender his property to them. The victim turned around and was confronted by a third suspect who then tripped him. All three suspects kicked the suspect while taking away his property and then fled.

Officers were patrolling on foot when they observed a subject drinking beer in public. Officers detained the subject and a computer check revealed that he had a warrant for his arrest. The subject was arrested.

Shoplifting

3200 20th Ave
A SIT sergeant was investigating a shoplifting incident that occurred earlier in the week and sent out photos of the suspect, which was then recognized by another SFPD officer. Using the new information provided, the suspect was identified as being already in jail for an unrelated crime. Additional charges were added against suspect.
