Violation of Restraining Order – Arrested

Officers responded to a report of a verbal altercation. The victim reported that the suspect, her daughter, was in the house despite a restraining order against her. The officers located the suspect, who was let into the house by the victim, and arrested her after confirming the status of the restraining order.

Sunset Blvd & Kirkham St
Officers responded to a report of a battery. The victim reported that she was walking when she observed two suspects in front of her with one suspect throwing pinecones into the street. The victim remarked that the suspects should not throw things into the street because it could cause an accident. The female suspect responded by yelling at the victim and punching her and a fight ensued. The male suspect broke up the fight and both suspects fled the scene.

8th Ave & Irving St
Officers responded to a report of a fight. The victim reported that he was almost hit by a vehicle while trying to cross the street. The victim was upset and yelled at the driver and an argument ensued. The driver attempted to punch the victim but the victim backed away so the driver pushed the victim on to the ground instead. The driver then drove away.

Sunset Blvd & Lawton St
Officers responded to a report of a shooting. Dispatch advised the officers that the witness heard shots being fired and reported that the suspect’s vehicle had driven up to the victim’s vehicle before firing at them.
