Traffic Collision

400 Capitol Ave
Officers responded to a report of a traffic collision. The victim reported that she had just parked her vehicle when another vehicle collided with her mirror. The victim exited her vehicle and confronted the driver, which lead to an argument and the victim being cut with a knife. The second driver confirmed hitting the victim’s vehicle but when the victim approached her and was yelling, she felt intimated and afraid for the safety of her child. In self defense, the second driver cut the victim when she too close to her vehicle. The incident was investigated and documented.
