Robbery Residence

Officers responded to a report of a robbery. The victim, a landlord of the apartment, was outside working on general maintenance when two suspects exited a vehicle and approached him. One suspect produced a firearm and demanded that the suspect give him money. The victim complied and since he did not live in the apartment,  the suspect kicked in the apartment door and searched for valuables before fleeing the area.

Skyline Blvd & Harding Rd
Officers were on patrol and observed a vehicle that was traveling at a high rate of speed. The officers determined that the vehicle was traveling at 60 mph in a 45 mph zone. The officers conducted a traffic stop and a computer check on the driver revealed that she did not have a driver’s license. The driver was cited.

Officers observed a suspect acting suspiciously; the suspect immediately hid something under his jacket once he noticed that there were officers nearby. One officer attempted to approach the suspect and make contact but the suspect rapidly walked away and broke into a run shortly after. The officers detained and searched the suspect, which revealed a wallet that did not belong to the suspect. After further investigation, the suspect was later cited.

The victim entered Taraval Station to report a battery. The victim stated that the suspect, an acquaintance, was talking to a chat service when she got angry. An argument ensued between the suspect and the victim. The suspect slapped the victim and punched her several times, causing the victim to fall to the ground. Once the victim was on the ground, the suspect attempted to strangle the victim and threatened to kill her. Eventually, the suspect let go and the victim left the house.

Officers responded to a report of an alarm. The victim stated that he set off the silent alarm when the suspect entered the store to argue with him despite a stay away order. During the argument, the suspect threw several items around and broke a bottle and held the glass shards while threatening to kill the victim.  The suspect fled when she found out police was coming.
