Car Jacking – Kidnapping – Assault

Alemany Blvd & Ellsworth St (Ingleside district)
Officers responded to a report of an assault. The victim reported that he had pulled over to make a phone call when the suspect entered his vehicle while pointing a firearm at him and demanded that the victim drive immediately on to the freeway. While driving, the suspect instructed the victim take the next exit and angrily pulled the trigger on the firearm. However, the firearm did not go off and the suspect proceeded to slash the victim’s arm with a knife instead. The suspect then exited the vehicle, while still on the freeway, and fled the area. The victim immediately drove to the Taraval district and called the SFPD.
Violation of Restraining Order – Arrested

200 Minerva St
Officers responded a report of a restraining order violation. The victim reported that the suspect, his brother, had violated his restraining order by getting into an argument over blocking the driveway. Both parties called the SFPD and blamed each other for violating the restraining order. After further investigation, the suspect was arrested.
