Stalking

Officers responded to a report of stalking incident. The victim stated that the suspect, a classmate, had a history of harassing her by poking her while they were in class or blowing into her ear to annoy her. The victim had already reported these incidents to her teacher. Earlier in the day, she noticed that the suspect kept walking around nearby while she was studying in the library. A couple hours later, the victim was walking home when she saw that the suspect was watching her from behind several bushes that were in front of her house. Immediately, the victim turned away from the house and called the police. The suspect fled the location before the arrival of the officers.
