Suspended Driver’s License – Vehicle Violation

Lake Merced & Sunset Blvd
Officers were on patrol and observed a vehicle that failed to make a complete stop at a stop sign. The officers conducted a traffic stop and a computer check on the driver revealed that his license was suspended. The driver was cited and his vehicle towed because he was unable to locate someone else to drive his vehicle for him.

Vandalism – Threats- Arrested

20th Ave & Buckingham Way
Officers responded to a report of an altercation between two passengers on a MUNI. The victim reported that he had gotten on the bus and walked towards the back to find a seat. The suspect, who was already sitting in front of the bus, also moved towards the back to sit behind the victim. The victim was uncomfortable and moved from his seat. The suspect again followed the victim. The victim commented to the suspect and the suspect responded with a threat to harm the victim. The suspect then took a rock out of his pocket and started hitting a nearby window with it. Responding officers detained the suspect and after further investigation and speaking with the witnesses, the suspect was arrested.

Trespassing – Cited

Officers responded to a suspect, with a known history of trespassing on to private property. The security officer reported that the suspect had been advised on numerous times not to return but persisted in trespassing. After further investigation, the suspect was cited

Search Warrant
5:42 pm
Previously, officers conducted a traffic stop which located numerous illegal drugs in the vehicle. Earlier in the day, plain clothes officers obtained a search warrant for the driver’s residence. While conducting the search warrant, the officers located more illegal drugs that were packaged for sale. The suspect was not home at the time of the search.
