Battery

300 Stratford Dr
Officers responded to a report of a battery. The victim reported that he was using a leaf blower to clear the sidewalk in front of his address when the suspect exited the home that was next door. The victim lowered the leaf blower in deference to several pedestrians which caused the suspect to yell at the victim for blowing debris into his yard and blowing air into his face. The suspect then bumped the victim with his chest before using his hands to push the victim’s face. Afterwards, the suspect walked to his vehicle and drove away.

Battery – Arrested

Officers responded to a report of a battery. The suspect stated that  she had pushed the victim down the stairs earlier and was concerned over his injuries. The suspect said that she had just broken up with the victim earlier in the day and went to a neighborhood bar. The victim followed her both to the bar and back home. The suspect was walking up the stairs into her home when the victim pushed her, the suspect pushed the victim back and the victim fell down the stairs. The victim then went back home. Responding officers located the victim but refused to cooperate with the officers or discuss how he had gotten hurt. After further investigation, the suspect was arrested.

Officers responded to a report of a battery. The victim reported that she and the suspect had been celebrating her graduation and the victim decided to go somewhere nice to eat but the suspect refused. An argument ensued and the suspect covered the victim’s mouth with a hand to quiet her. Shortly after, the suspect became more frustrated and broke a mirror and picked up a knife. The victim attempted to take the knife away from the suspect but failed. However, the suspect left the location when the victim demanded it. Upon questioning, the suspect admitted to arguing with the victim and punching her. After further investigation, the suspect was arrested.
