Officers responded to a report of a fight. Suspect 1 and suspect 2 reported that they had gone to a party where there were large amounts of alcohol and narcotics being consumed all night. The officers attempted to enter the apartment, but the door was locked. The officers contacted security and located suspect 3 and suspect 4, who were located inside the building. Security stated that the building was supposed to be vacant. Two of the suspects were arrested and sent Juvenile Justice Center and the other two were cited.

Officers responded to a report of a robbery. The victim told the officers that she was sitting on the MUNI LRV when a suspect attempted to grab the cell phone out of her hand and then run off the train.
