Threats – Battery – Resisting or Delaying Officers Duties – Arrested

2400 Rivera St
Officers responded to a report of an argument. The victim reported that the suspect, her son, asked where his passport was and got angry when the victim replied that she didn’t know. The suspect also angrily threatened to kill the victim and burn down the house when he pushed the victim as she retreated away from him. Responding officers located and detained the uncooperative suspect, after a struggle. After further investigation, the suspect was later arrested.

Shoplifting – Delaying Arrest – Cited

Officers responded to a shoplifting incident with dispatch reporting that the suspect was last seen on 19th Ave and Taraval St. Responding officers located the suspect but the suspect immediately fled from the officers and attempted to escape by hopping fences through various backyards. Several officers gave chase while additional officers moved to wait for the suspect as he emerged back into the street. Once surrounded by officers, the suspect voluntairly surrendered. After further investigation, the suspect was cited.

Robbery – Warrant Arrest – Arrested

Officers responded to a report of a battery. The victim reported that he was watching TV in his bedroom when the suspect, his son, entered the room and took money without the victim’s permission. The victim confronted to suspect but the suspect refused to give back the money. A struggle ensued with the suspect grabbing the victim’s face and the victim grabbing a plastic picture frame for protection. The suspect broke the picture frame and threatened to stab the victim with the broken pieces. Responding officers arrived and located the suspect. After further investigation, the suspect was arrested.
