Probation Search – Warrant Arrested – Arrested

Inspectors investigated a previous incident of theft and obtained a warrant for a house search. A computer check revealed that the suspect had a warrant for his arrest, was on probation and also had a search condition. Taraval units conducted the search and later arrested two suspects regarding check fraud, theft and for the warrants.

Officers responded to a report of a non injury, traffic collision. The driver of one of the vehicles reported that he did not have a driver’s license. The driver was cited.

Officers observed a bicyclist riding his bicycle on the sidewalk which caused several pedestrians to walk into the street to avoid him. The officers detained the bicyclist and a computer check revealed that the bicyclist was on probation with a search condition. The officers conducted a search of the bicyclist and located a glass pipe commonly use for smoking narcotics. The bicyclist was cited.
