Vandalism – Arrested

Officers responded to a report of a possible violation of a restraining order. The victim stated that the suspect had previously vandalized her vehicle and was granted an emergency protective order. However, the emergency order had not yet been served. The officers served the suspect and arrested him for the vandalism.

No Driver’s License Issued – Cited

Font Blvd & Lake Merced Blvd
Officers observed a vehicle in operation without a working brake light. The officers conducted a traffic stop to advise the driver. A computer check on the driver revealed that he did not have a valid driver’s license. The driver was cited.

Battery – Arrested

1200 48th Ave
Officers responded to a report of a domestic incident. The victim stated that she had returned home while intoxicated and told the suspect to leave the house because she was not in the mood to deal with the suspect’s drama. The suspect started to gather her belongings but suddenly stopped and started to hit and push the victim before eventually leaving the area. Responding officers located the suspect and after further investigation, the suspect was arrested.

Stay Away Order Violation – arrested

42nd Ave & Moraga St
Officers responded to a possible domestic argument. The caller stated that the victim was yelling at the suspect but the when the responding officers questioned the victim, she reported that she had hit the curb and damaged her vehicle and was simply venting to herself. The officers conducted a computer check on both of the occupants in the car and discovered that the suspect was in violation of a stay away order that was protecting the victim. After further investigation, the suspect was arrested.

Parole Violation – Arrested

An officer was on patrol and observed a suspect pushing a wheelchair towards a waiting MUNI bus. The officer recognized the the suspect, via a recent department email, as someone who was wanted for a parole violation. Since the suspect parole had been revoked, the suspect was arrested.
