Assault with Caustic Chemical – Arrested

Officers responded to a report of an assault. The victim reported that the suspect, her neighbor, sprayed pepper spray into her building while she was smoking by an open window. The victim stated that the incident caused injury to herself and her children. The victim also stated that she had a history of various issues and problems with the suspect.
The suspect responded that the victim had been harassing him the previous day by rushing at him and changing in front of his door in the early morning. He admitted to having purchased pepper spray in case he needed to defend himself. After further investigation, the suspect was arrested.
