Traffic Violation – Suspended Driver’s License

Alemany Blvd & Brotherhood Way
Officers were on patrol and observed a older vehicle that was missing front license plates. The officers conducted a traffic stop and a computer check on the driver revealed that his license had been suspended. The computer check also revealed that the driver had a previous citation for driving with a suspended license. The driver was cited and his vehicle was towed.

Battery

Lincoln Way & 9th Ave
The victim entered Taraval Station to report a battery. The victim stated that he was walking to work when an unknown suspect, who was walking ahead of him, suddenly turned around and punched the victim on his shoulder and cheek. The victim fell to the ground and was uncertain if he lost consciousness briefly or not. When the victim got up again, the suspect had disappeared and the victim continued on his way to work.
