Officers responded to a report of a possible suspect with a knife. Upon hearing the description of the suspect, the responding officers recognized that they were familiar with the suspect due to a history of past incidents. The witness reported that the suspect, who had been previously advised to stay away from the store, was observed talking to himself while walking around the store. Shortly afterwards, he was observed shaving his head with a razor and punching cardboard displays in the store. The officers made contact with the suspect, who was still inside the store. After further investigation, the suspect was cited.
