The victim entered Taraval Station to report a battery. The victim stated that she was driving her vehicle when the suspect’s vehicle suddenly drifted into her lane without warning. The victim sped up to get out of the vehicle’s way but the suspect pulled up next to her and rolled down his passenger’s window to throw a rock at her window. At the next stop light, the victim exited her vehicle to confront the suspect. The suspect also exited his vehicle and slapped the victim and grabbed her arm. A witness intervened and also confronted the suspect with calling the police with the suspect’s license number. The suspect responded with “who cares” and drove away in his vehicle immediately afterwards.
