Officers responded to a call of a person with a gun. Responding officers made contact with the victim, who stated that the suspect had driven up to him and threatened to kill him before driving away again. Afterwards, at 1:57pm, officers responded to another location concerning the same suspect, who was then in possession of a gun. The officers responded to the suspect’s home and attempted to make contact with the suspect but was refused entry by both the suspect and the suspect’s mother. Due to the nature of the report, the officers made a forced entry and located the suspect. After further investigation, a search warrant was conducted which revealed illegal drugs and located the gun previously reported. The mother was cited and the suspect was arrested.

Officers responded to Stern Grove Park regarding a battery. Officers made contact with the suspect, who stated that an argument ensued after the victim came too close to him and his dog. The suspect and victim both exchanged insulting words before the victim walked away. Immediately after, the suspect threw a dog toy for his dog to catch. The victim confirmed the suspect’s statement but added that the thrown toy struck her on her chest area.  The victim declined to press charges.

The victim entered Taraval Station to report an incident of  battery. The victim stated that he was walking home when his shoulder accidentally made contact with the suspect’s shoulder. The suspect angrily responded to the impact and started to insult the victim. An argument ensued with escalated to a punches being thrown and a wrestling match with the suspect before the victim resumed his walk home.

Officers responded to a report of an argument. The witness stated that the suspect was observed slapping their child for no apparent reason. The witness reported that she and the suspect were divorced with joint custody of their child. After further investigation, the suspect was cited and an emergency protective order was issued.

Battery – Arrested

200 Howth St
Officers responded to a report of a domestic disturbance. The victim stated that she had been out drinking and an argument ensued between her and the suspect when she returned home. The victim reported that during the argument, the suspect had pinned her against the bed and wouldn’t let her leave. Responding officers arrived and observed that the argument was still in progress. After further investigation and an interview with the witness who called in the fight, the suspect was arrested.
