Officers responded to a report of a battery. The victim stated that she had received information that a person had been inside the bathroom for a prolonged amount of time and went to investigate. The suspect responded angrily by swearing and yelling and became very confrontational towards the victim. The victim and another employee attempted to escort the suspect out of the store but were met by thrown food and coffee from the suspect. Responding officers located and made contact with the suspect. After further investigation, the suspect was cited for the battery.
