Officers responded to a report of a couple who were fighting. The victim stated that he and the suspect had an argument during his birthday dinner which caused the  suspect to leave the house. The victim responded to the action by asking if the suspect wanted to end their relationship via a text message. The suspect returned to the house and woke up the victim and then, another argument ensued. During the argument, the victim stated that he was strangled by the suspect and a remote was thrown at him. The victim also reported that the suspect had wanted to hurt herself. The suspect was mentally evaluated and after further investigation, the suspect was arrested.

Officers were on patrol and observed a vehicle, which was in front of them, make an improper turn from a wrong lane of traffic. The officers conducted a traffic stop and a computer check on the driver revealed that his driver’s license had been suspended. The driver was cited.

00 Summit St
Officers responded to a report of an argument between two friends. The victim stated that he and the suspect had been drinking the previous night and had offered to let the suspect stay the night. The suspect and victim drank more alcohol when they arrived at the victim’s house and an argument started. The victim told the suspect to leave and the suspect responded by pounding on the doors and windows. Then, the suspect went to the porch and threw items belonging to the victim over the fence, causing them to break. Responding officers made contact with the suspect, who was still at the victim’s house. After further investigation, the suspect was cited.

Officers used LIDAR and observed a vehicle traveling 52 mph in a 30 mph zone. The officers conducted a traffic stop and a computer check on the driver revealed that he was never issued a driver’s license and also had no proof of insurance. The driver was cited.

Officers responded to a report of a couple fighting. The victim stated that while she and the suspect were in an argument, the suspect pinned her against the wall and she was unable to escape until after she punched and kicked the suspect. The suspect responded that the victim was intoxicated during the argument and the suspect told the victim to leave his house. When the victim refused, the suspect stated that they began pushing at each other before the victim punched and kicked him. After further investigation, the suspect was arrested.
