TNT officers observed a known subject who had a warrant for his arrest. The officers made contact with the subject and a computer check confirmed the warrant. The subject was arrested.
Discharging a Firearm into a Inhabited Dwelling

Officers responded to a report of a gunshot. The victim stated that she was inside the kitchen when she heard a gunshot. When she went to investigate, she discovered a bullet which was still spinning on the floor. The victim also found a hole on the bedroom door and on the bedroom wall. The victim stated that she was not in a dispute with anyone.

An officer observed observed a subject, who had a known history and multiple contacts previously with the SFPD, who had strewn their property and creating a nuisance. Despite being offered assistance from multiple city agencies and groups, the subject refused to accept help. The subject was advised again and cited.
Assault

1000 Taraval St
Officers responded to a report of an assault. The victim stated that he was outside, smoking a cigarette, when a known suspect and three of his friends approached him. While one suspect distracted him, the known suspect hit the victim on his head with a hammer. The other suspects also produced a bat and brass knuckles and attempted to to hit the victim. The victim attempted to dodge the blows and ran into a nearby cafe and used empty chairs to defend himself. The victim reported that he and the suspect had an ongoing fight and had numerous confrontations in the past as well. The victim refused medical attention.
