University of San Francisco (USF) Selects 2013 SFPD Officers of the Year

On December 14, 2013, the University of San Francisco selected several San Francisco Police Officers and honored them as Officers of the Year.

Officer Matthew Lobre from Northern Station was honored for entering into a burning building and carrying a 91 year-old woman out to safety.

Officer Ray Padmore from the Office of the Chief was honored with his work with community groups and fund rasing efforts.

Lieutenant Gaetano Caltagirone and Officer James Cunningham of the Airport Bureau were honored for entering an airplane that had just crashed at SFO and evacuating the passengers.
