Officers responded to a report of a male refusing to leave the property. Responding officers made contact and detained the suspect. The suspect volunteered that he had a warrant for his arrest from San Jose, which was confirmed by a computer check. The victim declined to press charges for trespassing. The suspect was arrested.
Vehicle Violation – No Driver’s License Issued – Cited

Officers were on patrol and observed a vehicle with an inoperative headlight. The officers conducted a traffic stop and a computer check on the driver revealed that his license is not issued, due to the fact that he failed to appear to court on a prior suspended license violation. The vehicle was towed and driver cited.
