Officers responded to a report of a battery. The victim reported that he was sitting in his vehicle when he observed the suspect attempting to “Slim-Jim” a vehicle and confronted the suspect. The suspect told the victim that it was his vehicle. The suspect then called his friend over and they proceeded to kick and hit the victim before both suspects fled the location.
