Vehicle Burglary – Possession of Stolen Property – Arrested

1400 9th Ave
Officers responded to a report of a vehicle burglary. A witness reported that they observed the suspect standing next to a PG&E truck’s broken window while holding on to a bag. The witness confronted the suspect which caused the suspect to immediately run away. The witness chased after suspect, who then discarded the bag he had taken as well as his hooded jacket. The witness successfully detained the suspect without further incident and waited for the police. The PG&E employee confirmed that the truck was locked and secured before when they left it parked. Responding officers located the items that were stolen from the PG&E truck and after further investigation, the suspect was arrested.

Officers responded to a report of a robbery. Responding officers made contact with the victim, who was bleeding from his forehead and nose. The witness reported that he was talking to the female suspect when two male suspects suddenly came up from behind him and started punching him. The victim was unable to recall further information about the rest of the incident.
