Suspended Driver’s License – Traffic Violation – Cited

Officers were on patrol and observed a vehicle with all of it’s windows tinted, a missing trunk lock and paper plates with the smell of marijuana emanating from an open window. The officers made contact with the occupants and detained them. A computer check on the driver revealed that his license had been suspended. A search of the vehicle located a monster mask, gloves and flashlights. The occupants were identified and the driver cited.
