Arrest Warrant – Possession of Burglary Tools – Arrested

An officer was on patrol and observed that the subject, resting on a sidewalk, appeared to be unconscious. The officer made contact with the subject to conduct a well being check. Once conscious, the subject refused offers of assistance. A computer check revealed that the subject had a warrant for his arrest out of the Los Angeles area and that he also had a history of prior arrests for theft, vandalism and breaking into vehicles. A search of the subject revealed that he was in possession of items that did not belong to him as well as a window punch. The subject was arrested.
