Traffic Violation – No Driver’s License – Cited

Officers were on patrol and observed a vehicle that did not have a front or a rear license plate. The officers conducted a traffic stop and made contact with the driver. The driver stated that she had attempted to take the permit test but had failed it. A computer check on the vehicle revealed that the vehicle’s registration had been expired since August. The driver was cited.
Violation of Restraining Order – Possession of Narcotics Paraphernalia – Probation Violation – Arrested

Officers were on patrol and were approached by the victim. The victim stated that the suspect had violated a restraining order by entering the victim’s store. The officers recognized the suspect, who had a history of previous contacts with the officers. The officers detained the suspect. A search of the suspect located a clear glass pipe, commonly used to ingest narcotics, with burnt residue inside the pipe. After further investigation, the suspect was arrested.
Driving While under the Influence – Arrested

Ulloa St & Sunset Blvd
Officers responded to a solo vehicle collision. Responding officers arrived at the location and observed that a vehicle, with the driver slumped in the driver’s seat, had been driven into several bushes located along Sunset Blvd. SFFD arrived and treated the driver. The officers interviewed the driver, who admitted that he had several drinks prior to driving. The driver exhibited signs of intoxication and also failed numerous tests for sobriety. The driver was arrested.
