San Jose Ave & Alemany Blvd
Officers were on patrol and observed a vehicle suddenly change lanes without due caution and narrowly miss being struck by the vehicle behind it. The officers conducted a traffic stop and made contact with the driver. The driver stated that he did not have his driver’s license on him but a computer check revealed that the driver’s license had been suspended and that he had a warrant for his arrest out of San Mateo. It was also revealed that the driver had been cited previously for two accounts of driving despite a suspended license. A search of the vehicle located a small bag containing a white powder like substance believed to be cocaine salt and another bag with a black tar substance believed to be heroine. The suspect was arrested.

Officers responded to a report of an argument. Responding officers made contact with the suspect, a witness and the victim. The suspect stated that he was attempting to purchase items inside a market but the witness was videotaping him. The witness responded that the suspect had just robbed his daughter, the victim, of her cellphone before immediately walking into the market. The victim reported that she was talking on the phone when the suspect grabbed her, threw her on to the ground and stole her cellphone. After further investigation and reviewing the market’s security footage, the suspect was arrested.

Officers were on patrol and observed a vehicle with an expired registration. The officers conducted a traffic stop and a computer check on the driver revealed that he was never issued a driver’s license. The driver was cited.

Officers were on patrol and observed a vehicle without a front license plate. The officers conducted a traffic stop and a computer check on the driver revealed that his license had been expired for over a year. The driver was cited.

Officers responded to a report of a possible burglar. While responding to the scene, responding officers located a subject who matched the suspect’s description. The victim positively identified the subject being detained as the suspect  she saw exiting her property through the front door, which was left open due to the house being newly purchased and was being remodeled. The victim stated that she did not believe that anything had been stolen. The suspect was cited.
