Warrant Arrest

Taraval Station received information that a subject, with a warrant, had just been released from the hospital in San Jose and was returning home. Officers responded to the location and later observed the subject getting out of a vehicle. The subject was arrested.
Traffic Violation – Suspended Driver’s License – Cited

Sloat Blvd
Officers were on patrol and observed a vehicle without a license plate. Officers conducted a traffic stop and a computer check on the driver revealed that the driver’s license had been suspended. The driver was cited.
Battery – Arrested

200 Winston Dr
Officers responded to a report of a battery. The victim reported that he was working in the parking lot and bringing back shopping carts when he had to request that the suspect move out of his way. The suspect complied by but then grabbed the victim’s buttocks before walking away. Responding officers located the suspect but were unable to confirm his identity due to the suspect not having any identification on his person. After further investigation, the suspect was arrested.
