Traffic Violation – Suspended Driver’s License – Cited

Officers responded to a report of a non injury, vehicle collision. While assisting in the exchange of information, a computer check on one of the parties revealed that her license had been suspended. The driver was cited.
Shoplifting with Force – Arrested

Officers responded to a report of a shoplifter. A victim, a store employee, reported that the suspect was observed walking into the store and selecting a jacket and walking out of the store without paying for it. The victim attempted to detain the suspect but was shoved away by the suspect. The suspect then attempted to discard the jacket and flee from the store but was successfully detained by store employees. After further investigation, the suspect was arrested.
Violation of Restraining Order

Officers responded to a report of a restraining order violation. The suspect was known to the officers due to a history of constantly violating the same restraining order. The victim reported that the suspect had been walking nearby with a stick in his hands, which was in violation of the restraining order which stated that the suspect is not allowed to have a stick or any type of weapon. Responding officers located the suspect, who was holding a three foot stick in his hand. The suspect was arrested.
