Battery – Probation Violation – Arrested

Officers responded to an assault. The victim reported that he and his housemates were in an argument over the rent when the suspect hit the victim. Responding officers located the suspect, who was still at the house. A computer check revealed that the suspect was also in violation of his probation. After further investigation, the suspect was arrested.
