Aggravated Assault with Weapon – Arrested

100 Holloway Ave
Officers responded to a fight between Holloway Ave & Brighton Ave. Responding officers arrived at the location where several witnesses pointed out the suspect to the officers. The witnesses also reported that the suspect had made multiple racial remarks and assaulted several victims with a metal construction tool. The officers detained the suspect and after further investigation, it was revealed that the suspect had violated a prior felony’s probation terms. The suspect was arrested.

Santiago St & 18th Ave
Officers were on patrol and observed a vehicle making a right turn while failing to yield to pedestrians who were crossing at the intersection. The officers conducted a traffic stop and a computer check on the driver revealed that his license had been suspended. The driver was cited.

Brandishing a Weapond – Cited

Garces Dr & Arballo Dr
Officers responded to a report of a person with a knife. The victim reported that he and his co worker observed the suspect, who was about half a block away, waving a knife at them. The victims were scared and walked away from the suspect. While speaking to the officers, the victim identified the suspect who had just exited a building. After further investigation, the suspect was cited. 

Robbery

Officers responded to a report of a robbery. The victim reported that he had just parked his car in front of his home and was walking towards it when three suspects suddenly exited a nearby vehicle and ran towards him. The suspects grabbed the victim by the arm and pushed him down before going through the victim’s pockets and taking multiple items of the victim’s personal property. The victim stated that a vehicle passed by during the incident and honked it’s horn. The suspects immediately ran back to their vehicle and fled the area.
