Traffic Violation – Suspended Driver’s License – Cited

1100 Capitol Ave
Officers were on patrol and observed a vehicle which had stopped in the street and was impeding the flow of traffic. The officers conducted a traffic stop and a computer check on the driver revealed that he was on felony probation and his license had been suspended. The driver was cited.
Assault
2:48 pm
700 Taraval St
Officers responded to a report of an assault. A witness, a Safeway employee, reported that the suspect was in a checkout line and creating a scene while yelling at nearby people. Multiple members of the staff successfully escorted the suspect out of the store and onto the rooftop parking, where the suspect got into her vehicle and attempted to hit an employee on her way out of the parking lot. The suspect then left the area.

Two incidents of domestic violence; the suspects from each incident were arrested.
