Irving St & 22nd Ave
Officers responded to a battery investigation on Irving St & 22nd Ave. Suspect (S1) was seen earlier in the morning delivering newspaper when another suspect (S2) unknowingly punched him. S1 did not know S2. S1 then followed S2 and struck him with a metal pipe for defensive purposes. Suspect 1 was arrested and Suspect 2 was cited.

Officers responded to a call regarding suspicious activity by a suspect who was looking into car windows. Suspect was seen at a resident’s house, where the owner did not know the suspect. Officers located the suspect and after a computer check, it was revealed that he had a misdemeanor warrant. The suspect was not advised to report to the courts to have the warrant taken care of.
