Assault

1400 Wawona St
Officers responded to a report of a suspect striking a victim with a metal pole. Responding officers arrived at the location and made contact with the victim, who was known to them due to the victim having a history of numerous violations of his court order against carrying a stick. A witness reported that he had heard someone yelling for help and observed that the suspect was hitting the victim’s legs with a wrench. The suspect then walked away.
Assault

Officers responded to a report of an assault. The victim reported that he was in an argument with the suspect because the suspect had taken a photo of another employee, who was napping. The victim stated that the during the argument, the suspect was waving an empty pizza box in an aggressive manner that suggested that he was going to hit the victim with it. The victim attempted to push the suspect away and grabbed at his arms. The suspect responded angrily and scratched the victim’s arms and face before throwing items at the victim. At that point, the manager arrived and sent the suspect home.
