Warrant Arrest – Battery – Arrested

Officers responded to the hospital regarding an incident of a battery. Responding officers made contact with the subject, who had just been discharged from the hospital. The subject reported that he had been kicked in the mouth by a known suspect near a 7-11 store but was unwilling to answer further questions and became uncooperative. A computer check on the subject revealed that he had a warrant out of Pacifica. The subject was arrested.

Officers were proceeding through an intersection when a vehicle, which had failed to stop and yield to the officer’s vehicle, narrowly missed colliding with the officer’s vehicle. The officers conducted a traffic stop and a computer check on the driver revealed that his license had been suspended. The driver was cited.
Trespassing – Cited

An officer responded to a report of a known subject, who had a previous history of the same citation, was again trespassing at a restaurant. Responding officers made contact with the victim, who requested that the subject be arrested. The subject was located at a corner by the restaurant and after further investigation, the subject was cited.
