Battery – Brandishing a Weapon

Officers responded to a report of a suspect using a baseball bat in a threatening manner. Responding officers arrived at the location and detained four subjects. Two of the subjects reported that they got into a mutual fight with the other two subjects. All four subjects declined to press charges. The subjects were identified and released.

One incident of a domestic violence restraining order violation; the suspect arrested.
