Battery – Arrested

Officers responded to a report regarding a battery between a father and daughter. The victim reported that he and the suspect, his daughter, were engaged in a verbal altercation when the suspect punched and kicked him. The victim stated that the suspect was mentally unstable and wanted her arrested for battery. Officers arrested the suspect and brought her to SFGH for an assessment.

Officers were on patrol and observed a male selling items from a make shift stand. The officers asked if the male had a permit to sell the items and the male responded that he did not. The officers cited the male for selling without a permit.
