Traffic Violation – No License Issued – Cited

1400 Wawona St
Officers responded to the dead end area of Wawona St regarding an incident of a possible using and/or selling of drugs. Officers located three vehicles and when the officers attempted to detain them, one of the vehicles started driving away. The officers were able to stop the driver. After further investigation, the officers determined that one of the drivers did not have a valid driver’s license, did not have proof of insurance and also did not have a car registration. The driver was cited and his vehicle towed. There was no proof of any sales of drugs.

Officers responded to a report of a suspect with a metal pipe hitting a vehicle. The officers arrived on scene and located the suspect matching the description given by the witness. The suspect told the officers that he does have a metal pipe and he uses it for exercise. A computer check on the suspect revealed that he has a warrant for his arrest out of Sonoma County. Officers searched the area and did not locate vehicle damage.. The suspect was arrested.

Vandalism to Property – Breaking Window – Trespassing – Arrested

200 Granada Ave
Officers responded to a report of a known trespasser. Responding officers spoke to the victim, who reported that the suspect was still inside the house after breaking a back window to gain entry. The victim stated that the suspect had a history of trespassing into the house. The suspect was arrested.

Threats – Brandishing – Arrested

300 Vidal Dr
Officers responded to a report of a person in possession of an axe, who was threatening people. Responding officers located the suspect and the axe, which was inside the suspect’s pocket. The victim reported that the suspect had entered his work place and held out the axe, which was sheathed, and said “it was time to die” before the victim fearfully called the police. The suspect was arrested.
