Officers responded to a report of a battery. The victim reported that she was walking in the shopping mall when she realized that the suspect was walking towards her while talking to himself. Without warning, the suspect suddenly spat on the victim and walked away.

Irving St & 8th Ave
Officers responded to a report of a battery with the suspect being detained by CHP officers. The victim reported that he was riding his bicycle on the sidewalk when the suspect approached him while screaming and yelling at him to get off the sidewalk. The victim responded by yelling back and the suspect became frustrated and pushed the victim to the ground. The victim stated that he did not know that it was illegal to ride a bicycle on the sidewalk. Both parties declined to press charges and both parties were admonished.
