Officers were on patrol and conducted a computer check on a vehicle that was parked on the sidewalk which revealed that the registration had expired. During the check, the vehicle drove off and parked a short distance away. The officers conducted a traffic stop on the vehicle and a computer check on the driver revealed that her license had been suspended and that there was a warrant for her arrest out of San Mateo County. The driver was arrested.
