Officers were on patrol and observed a vehicle being driven with an expired registration. The officers conducted a traffic stop and a computer check on the driver revealed that his license had been suspended. The driver was cited.
Theft of Property – Sex Offender Failing to register – Arrested

2200 Cecilia Ave
Officers responded to a report of a confused person who was looking into vehicle windows and swearing. Responding officers located the suspect and a computer check on him revealed that he was a sex registrant who is not in compliance. A search of the subject also revealed that he was in possession of blank checks that had been reported as stolen, several days ago. After further investigation, the suspect was arrested.
Trespassing – Cited

Officers responded to a report of a trespasser. The victim stated that the suspect was observed climbing the fire escape and on to the victim’s roof. Responding officers arrived and located the suspect. The suspect was compliant and told the officers that he wanted to be closer to the sun. The suspect was cited.
