Officers were on patrol and observed a vehicle with an expired registration. The officers conducted a traffic stop and a computer check on the driver revealed that his license had been suspended. The driver was cited.
Theft of Property – Sex Offender Failing to register – Arrested

Officers responded to a report of a confused person who was looking into multiple vehicles while swearing. The officers located the suspect and a computer check revealed that he was a sex registrant who was not in compliance. A search of the subject also revealed blank checks that had been reported stolen a few days prior. After further investigation, the suspect was arrested.
Trespassing – Cited

Officers responded to a report of a trespasser. The victim stated that he observed the suspect climbing the fire escape to reach the victim’s roof. Responding officers located the suspect. The suspect, who was compliant, stated that he wanted to be closer to the sun. The suspect was cited.
