Violation of Stay Away – Warrant Arrest – Arrested

Officers responded to a report of a stay away order violation. The victim reported that the suspect, his son, had come over to the house and rang the doorbell. However, the suspect had a stay away order and were not supposed to approach the victim or his wife. Responding officers located the suspect nearby and detained him. A computer check revealed that the stay away order was current and that the suspect had also violated the order several times previously. The suspect was arrested.
