Assault – Battery
3:42 pm
100 West Portal Ave
Officers responded to a report of an assault. The victim reported that she and the suspect were friends and went to the same school. On March 15, in addition to the suspect saying things behind the victim’s back previously, the suspect was heard saying that she wanted to fight with the victim. The victim waited for the suspect to leave school before she and her boyfriend went home. However, the suspect saw the victim and grabbed her by her hair and slammed her into a nearby metal pole. The victim’s boyfriend attempted to stop the fight but was slapped by the suspect. Shortly afterwards, the suspect fled the area.  

Battery

Officers responded to a report of a battery. The victim reported that he had boarded the MUNI and sat down at the left rear side of the bus. The suspect then boarded the bus a few stops later. The victim attempted to exit the bus at his stop but the suspect walked over to him and forcibly bumped into him. The victim responded by yelling at the suspect to be more careful. The suspect then grabbed the victim by his head and attempted to gouge his eye out before exiting the MUNI and fleeing the area.  

Trespassing – Restraining Order Violation – Arrested

Officers responded to a report of a trespasser. The victim reported that he had been driving by when he observed that the suspect was again on his property, despite a restraining order. The victim stated that the suspect had a previous history of trespassing and had been both warned and cited numerous times in the past. Responding officers located the suspect and after further investigation, the suspect was arrested.

Assault – Cited

2200 14th Ave
Officers responded to the school regarding a fight. The victim reported that three suspects had walked over to her while she was on the way to the the locker room and started to punch and kick her. School officials broke up the fight and detained the suspects. After further investigation, the suspects were transported to the Juvenile Justice Community Assessment and Referral Center and cited.

Fire Report:
4:29 pm
1800 19th Ave
Officers responded to a report of a vehicle fire, along with SFFD who successfully extinguished the fire. The victim reported that he had been driving when he heard noises coming from the rear of the vehicle. When he went to investigate, he saw that the vehicle was on fire. The victim immediately pulled over to a nearby gas station and attempted to extinguish the fire.

One incident of domestic violence; no arrested made.
