Trespassing – Resisting Arrest – Cited

Officers responded to a report of an intoxicated subject inside MUNI who was refusing to leave. Responding officers located the subject, who was yelling and screaming at a MUNI driver. As the officers approached the subject, the subject immediately umped off the bus and walked away towards oncoming traffic. The officers successfully detained and handcuffed the subject, despite the subject resisting and fighting against the officers. A computer check on the subject revealed that he was listed as a missing person. The subject was later cited and returned home.

Violation of a Stay Away order – Arrested

Officers responded to a report of a stay away violation. The victim reported that the suspect, who lived downstairs, had directly violated the stay away order by harassing and yelling at her.  After further investigation, the suspect was arrested.

Domestic Violence
One incident of violation of a restraining order; no arrest made.
