Battery – Cited

600 Lincoln Way
Officers responded to a report of a battery. The victim, a cashier at a gas station, reported that he had recognized the suspect from prior incidents and observed that the suspect had been in the bathroom for a long time despite while several customers were waiting to use it. When the suspect exited the bathroom, the victim instructed the suspect to leave the premises. The suspect became angry and followed the victim back into the store and yelled at her. The suspect then tore a display off and threw items of merchandise at the victim. Responding officers searched and located the suspect several blocks away. After further investigation, the suspect was cited.  

No Driver’s License – Warrant Arrest – Arrested

Officers responded to a possible violation of a restraining order. Responding officers located the suspect and determined that the suspect did not violate a restraining order. However, a computer check on the suspect revealed that there was a warrant for his arrest out of San Mateo. A computer check also revealed that the driver did not have a valid driver’s license. The driver was arrested.

Officers responded to a report of an argument. The witness reported that the suspect had entered the store and entered a personnel only room. The witness stated that a second witness was following the suspect. Responding officers arrived and located the suspect, who was hiding  between two houses across the street from his vehicle. The witness reported that the suspect had just been in an argument concerning his vehicle, which was blocking a driveway. The suspect was located mid block and detained. A computer check on the suspect revealed that he was a convicted felon and also had two warrants for his arrest.  A search of the suspect’s vehicle located numerous bullets which were visible on the back seats and additional bullets throughout the rest of the vehicle. A search warrant was obtained for the suspect’s living area and stolen property from a previous reported burglary was also discovered. After further investigation, the suspect was arrested.

2222 Taraval St
Officers responded to a battery incident. The victim reported that he was about to walk into a 7-11 when the witness, a homeless male, said hi to him. The victim was telling the witness to leave the area, because he was panhandling on a private property, when two suspects came up to the victim and started punching him. The suspects then left the area. The witness reported that the victim started the incident and that the two suspects were only protecting themselves.
