Robbery of a Residence – False Imprisonment

Officers responded to a report of a home invasion. The husband of the victim stated that he had received a phone call from the victim reporting that someone was trying to break into their house. Responding officers arrived at the house and located the victim who reported that the suspect had already fled. The victim stated that she was taking a nap when she heard noises from the stairs and thought that her husband had come home. However, two suspects suddenly appeared and pointed a gun at her while demanding money. The victim fell on to the floor and put a blanket over her head while the suspects searched the house. After stealing multiple items, the suspects then fled the area.
